Option for Non-Electronic Records. You are at liberty to directly demand paper copies of Disclosures from the third-party lender, at no additional cost to you. The lenders will keep all Disclosures as prescribed by relevant law.
Scope of Consent. This E-Consent has to do with all your online dealings with the third-party lender, including dealings engaged in via mobile devices, such as tablets, smartphones, and more. This E-Consent gives the lender permission to process your information and make all communications with you by electronic means. The lender may also electronically send you notifications regarding your dealings or communications. Furthermore, we, as well as our third-party lenders, may provide Disclosures on our respective websites or by e-mail
Assenting to Do Business Electronically. Before choosing to conduct business with the third-party lenders electronically, you should be sure you have the software and hardware resources described below.
Hardware and Software Requirements. To be able to electronically gain access to and keep the Disclosures, the following computer software and hardware are what you'll need: A MAC or PC, or other internet-enabled devices, an Internet Browser software that supports no less than 128 bit encryption (examples include Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge), and access to an e-mail account. You may need to have PDF readers such as Adobe Reader to view some documents. You will also need to either print out a copy of the Disclosures or save them on a long-term storage device like your computer's hard drive. If you have questions about software and hardware requirements, direct them to your lender.
Revoking Consent. Your E-Consent for our service and our third-party lenders’ consideration of your request is a one-time transaction and can not be revoked at any point. You're at liberty to revoke your E-Consent with any third-party lender we connect you with, at no cost to you. However, your loan application may not be granted by the lender, should you revoke your E-Consent before receiving your loan. To revoke your E-consent, contact the third-party lender directly. Note, however, that revoking this E-Co sent DOES NOT render prior electronic Disclosures invalid, unenforceable or ineffective.
Modifying Your Contact Information. If there are any changes to your email or any other form of electronic address you provided, you should immediately notify the third-party lenders of such. To modify your information, you may either send a modification request, by email, to the third-party lender or log onto their website to effect your desired changes.
YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS DISCLOSURES. BY ACCEPTING OUR TERMS, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU'RE ABLE TO ACCESS DISCLOSURES PROVIDED IN THE ABOVE-MENTIONED FORMATS.
CONSENT. BY CLICKING THE LINK WHICH CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR TERMS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING REVIEWED ALL THE INFORMATION REGARDING ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES, SIGNATURES, RECORDS, AND DOING BUSINESS ELECTRONICALLY. YOU ALSO ASSENT TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, AS WELL AS RECEIVING ALL DISCLOSURES AND DOING BUSINESS WITH THE LENDER ELECTRONICALLY. YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST A PAPER COPY OF THE ELECTRONICALLY PROVIDED DISCLOSURES AND RECORDS, AND THEY WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU FREE OF COST. IF YOU DECIDE AGAINST PROCEEDING, YOU WILL BE ADJUDGED TO BE UNWILLINGLY TO EITHER HAVE THIS TRANSACTION CONDUCTED ELECTRONICALLY OR USE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES. FINALLY, YOU ADMIT THAT RECEIPT OF SERVICES FROM THIRD-PARTY LENDER, VIA THE INTERNET IS SUBJECT TO YOUR CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES.
